Australia's biggest dog-friendly music festival gets Walt Collins on board for the 5th year in a row!
For the 5th year in a row, Melbourne's acclaimed Dogapalooza festival has billed Walt Collins as the festival MC which takes place in November.
The festival sees thousands of party-goers bring their dogs for a day of live music, drinks and puppies! The event raises much needed funds for animal rescue charities and hits the national headlines on that weekend.
"Walt is one of our staple attractions for 5 years in a row, he brings an excited, enthusiastic and energetic performance to our festival, with people stopping me constantly saying what an asset to the line up he is" explains Abby Gee, the festival director.
It's worth noting Walt is completely upstaged by his best friend / dog called Nugget, who is the co-host.

Walt Collins and leading men's clothing brand Rodd and Gunn to partner in clothing deal.
Confirmed today, a new partnership with popular lifestyle TV host Walt Collins and the exclusive men's label, Rodd and Gunn, for the forthcoming publicity and editorial shoots for network and digital promotion of both Walt Collins brand and season 2 of Buy to Build- Channel 10's hit series on house and land.
"Buy to Build lets me step away from the tradie look and into a more refined feel. Working with Rodd and Gunn, I'm so excited to scrub up and explore a smarter look that they offer. They're a real first class brand and I'm very grateful" explains Walt.
The new looks will appear across the entire season of the TV show and pop up across digital, social and print media as Walt's profile sky rockets out of the home-expert genre and into mainstream.

Pet charity appoints new ambassador to help raise vital funds to help pay for the vet bills of pensioners and disadvantaged Melbourne pet owners.
Channel 10’s weekend TV favourite Walt Collins, has been announced as the ambassador for the Pet Medical Crisis charity.
It comes at a time where this much loved charity is being stretched to the limit with demand for the service at an all-time high.
Pet Medical Crisis has traditionally worked quietly in the background, raising funds to help pay for the vet bills of pensioners and disadvantaged people- where quite often their pet is the most important, if only thing, in their life.
100% of all donations are used directly to pay for the bills and for many families, donating to this charity means the difference to their pet living or not.

New TV series hunting down the perfect house and land packages goes into production for Channel 10.
Producers have started production on an exciting new lifestyle series called Buy to Build which will be hitting Channel 10's programming grid in April this year. The new series is fronted by popular lifestyle host Walt Collins, best known for his work as co-host of Healthy Homes Australia- also on Channel 10.
The new show will feature a weekly couple who rely on Walt to find, shortlist and present three display houses and a three blocks of land so they can make the massive decision of buying. Including all the upset and drama that comes with a bickering couple, this new series showcases some of the country's best display homes, builders and land developers.

Walt Collins signs with Ford Australia and takes hold of the new Ranger Wildtrak.
Social media burst into activity today as TV presenter Walt Collins released sleek new video and imagery of the new Ford Ranger Wildtrak he took home as part of a new agreement with Ford Australia. The partnership will see Walt's team integrate the luxury ute into various lifestyle TV formats as part of in-programme content, plus the generation of social media activity around the brand.
The Ranger Wildtrak is seen to be the perfect fit for Walt's brand given the lifestyle, construction and media space he operates in. The first vehicle integration for television will be seen in the launch of Channel 10's Buy to Build series.

Acclaimed series set to return in 2019 for season 7 and 8
Channel 10 has confirmed that hit weekend lifestyle Healthy Homes Australia will return in 2019 for two new seasons. An Autumn run of 5 special episodes we prelude the big Spring series of 10 episodes. Hosts Walt Collins and Dani Wales have signed on to host the lively Saturday format and pre-production will commence in March this year.
Healthy Homes Australia is filmed at real viewers home and leads the way with in the home, garden, building and construction lifestyle space. Ratings are very solid for this series and it is a great little asset for the network.
